Chancellor Rosa & Commissioner Elia Send Letter to NY Congressional Delegation Urging Them to Tell President Trump $9 Billion in Education Cuts Are Dead on Arrival
Board of Regents Chancellor Betty A. Rosa and New York State Education Commissioner MaryEllen Elia sent a letter to each member of New York’s Congressional delegation expressing concern over the devastating effects President Trump’s budget will have on educational, adult and cultural programs in New York. Chancellor Rosa and Commissioner Elia urge the delegation to tell President Trump that his budget is dead on arrival.
