The State’s Meeting Notice forms may be used in their current Word format, or may be converted to another format, including a computerized format and may be inserted on school district letterhead. TheÌýCommittee on Preschool Special Education Meeting Notice Form and theÌýCommittee on Special Education Meeting Notice Form are available in English, Chinese, Haitian Creole, Korean, Russian and Spanish.
