Batch Process PDF Files for Accessibility
This Adobe Wizard can batch process large numbers of PDF files to make them meet 鶹’s minimum accessibility requirementsor to expedite making the documents fully accessible. This wizard will perform the following operations:
- Add tags to a PDF
- Set document properties: Title (required), keywords, subject and author (required and always set to “鶹” unless the document was authored by an outside individual or organization). Subject and keywords are recommended.
- Run OCR to recognize image-based or scanned text and provide a text alternate.
- Set document language (wizard currently configured to set language to English, but this can be changed as needed)
- Set PDF open options to display the document title in the window and open the document in the window at 100%
